Cold Brew
Cold Brew is a long game brewing technique. It requires coarse ground coffee, a large water tight container with lid and a filter of some sorts. The best and easiest method is to place your ground coffee in the container and fill with water and loosely cover. Store it 12-15 hours at room temperature. Filter out the cold brew from the grounds and enjoy room temp, chilled, over ice or with any of your favorite additives. The calculator below will help you know how much coffee to use. TIP: If you are adventurous and dare to travel down the road to concentrated cold brew you can use it like you would an shot of espresso. Add it to a milk shake or in mixed drinks or even in baked goods. Be careful though, too concentrated and you’ll be eating it with a spoon!
